Complying Development

If your project qualifies, complying development can fast-track approval in as little as 10 to 20 days — bypassing the full DA process entirely. We assess your eligibility and manage the CDC application through a private certifier.

Land & Strata Subdivisions

Subdividing property requires careful navigation of zoning rules, infrastructure requirements, and council controls. We prepare the application, coordinate surveyors and engineers, and manage the process through to the subdivision certificate.

Planning Proposals & Rezoning

If your development requires a change of zone or a local environmental plan amendment, we prepare the planning proposal and guide it through the Gateway determination process with the Department of Planning.

Desktop Feasibility Reviews

Before you buy a property or commit to a design, we assess its development potential — zoning, overlays, applicable controls, and likely approval pathways. A small upfront cost that can save a great deal of money and time.

Unapproved Works & Notices
