About Aconsult
Over two decades navigating
Central Coast planning
We are a specialist town and environmental planning consultancy based on the Central Coast. We work for you — not for council.
OUR APPROACH
We Advocate. We Fight. We Get It Done.
A consultancy was established in 2000. In over 23 years of operating on the Central Coast, we have worked on projects of every type and complexity — from a mum and dad granny flat submission through to industrial developments and complex rural land uses.
We work within a network of trusted professional associates — architects, engineers, ecologists, surveyors, and traffic planners — so we can coordinate everything your application needs without you having to manage multiple consultants yourself.
Planning is not a one-size-fits-all exercise. Where a project does not strictly comply with the applicable controls, we prepare detailed arguments and think creatively to find the path forward. It is something we particularly pride ourselves on — seeking to obtain results that others cannot be bothered to attempt.
Your initial consultation is free. We will give you a straight answer about your project — no fancy language, just clear, direct advice that points you in the right direction.
We Work for You
Council planners cannot advocate for your project. We sit on your side of the fence — preparing, arguing, and managing your application through to approval.
Local Knowledge
Over 23 years of experience specifically with Central Coast Council, its planning scheme, its controls, and how it operates. We know this ground.
Plain Advice
No jargon. We explain the process in clear terms at every stage, so you know exactly what is happening and why. No surprises.
All Project Types
